- Merthyr Tydfil College Ltd are looking to recruit a member of staff within their busy Computer Services department. The department provides user, desktop, network, web development, and e-learning support.You will be providing first line end user and desktop support to staff and students across the organisation’s three sites.You will need knowledge and experience in supporting computers running Microsoft and Apple operating systems.The candidate will possess at minimum a higher national diploma in a relevant discipline and previously worked in an IT support related post.The post requires excellent oral and written communication skills, enthusiasm to learn, good organisation skills and have a flexible approach to work.
